ROTARY DRILLING HOSE
Application : Recommended for using in the oilfield service of cementing , work over and fracturing.
Temperature range:-40℃~80℃(-104℉～180℉)
Lining : Principally NBR constructed , featuring oil resistant abrasion resistant , acid & alkali resistant.
Reinforcement : 2 - 4 layers spiraled by single high strength steel wire , and rubber as a binder to make the layers into one complete and sound construction.
Cover : Primarily CR fabricated , featuring oil resistant， abrasion resistant , weatherproof and anti ageing.
Couplings : Built in API couplings with male thread, integral unions and couplings , single couplings , flanges.
Coupling note : Field welding of fittings to coupling is not recommended.
Lengths:Up to 24m , can be manufactured according to the customer’s requirements.
Standards:API7K、ISO6807、SY5469
